Cicada press
Cicada Press is an educationally based custom print work shop, established in 2001 at Meadowbank TAFE (Northern Sydney Institute) by Michael Kempson. It moved with him to The University of New South Wales, where it resided at Paddington campus from 2004 until 2021, while Michael was Convenor of the Printmaking Department there. It operates independently today from Michael’s studio in Northern Sydney, NSW, continuing to support acclaimed artists and printmaking students.
